Pleinair oil sketches

Oil sketches (1,5 hours) from yesterday and the day before. I was looking for strange weather conditions.

Warm ups

I had a show in the US before I left for my trip. It was at the gallery I worked and it was a great show. I spent about 2 months painting for it. These are some of the first ones that I did, before I got into a rhythm I was happy with. They didn't make into the show, but they were put up after a few of the other paintings had sold. I consider them "warm ups" to the show, but they have their own little charm.

My memory sucks, but fortunately I made a sketch at the spot :) I colored it from memory digitally.

One-day-trip

'Spent my saturday biking in Gelderland, the Dutch woods there are great. Made a pitstop here and there to sketch in my moleskine.

Introduction

Hey guys, thanks for inviting me to participate. I'm glad to be a part of this, seriously cool work. Here are a couple of random sketches from a few months back. I've been doing more pencil work, but I will have to take some good pictures before posting them.
